Nope, director Nayato Fio Nuala is going for big and noisy here with a whole lot of style built in and while the VFX and budget may not be up to Western standards there's plenty of entertainment to be had with the film's trailer as it pulls out all the stops to grab your attention with a hyper kinetic haunted house / ghost story. | Daniel De La Vega Exhumes Supernatural Horror WHITE COFFIN Posted: 08 Dec 2013 11:00 AM PST  The last time we spoke of Daniel De La Vega's supernatural thriller White Coffin the year was 2007! All we had at the time was a pre-production poster and not much had happened since. Until now. De La Vega is resurrecting the project, looking for financial backing in his native Argentina. White Coffin was written by his brother Romiro and Here Comes The Devil director Adrian Garcia Bogliano. "'Coffin' marks a 2007 project we begun to put together commissioned by Patagonik. After all this time, we managed to bring it nearer to fruition thanks to Argentine state film subsidies," De la Vega said. | First Teaser, Poster And A New Kickstarter Campaign For FEED THE GODS! Posted: 08 Dec 2013 10:00 AM PST  Now that filming of his horror comedy Feed the Gods is completed Canadian filmmaker Braden Croft (Hemorrhage) has launched a Kickstarter campaign to raise completion funds. The U.S. film rights have already gone to Xlrator and further territories are sure to follow as proof of his work begins to surface. With the launch of this campaign Croft released the first teaser trailer and poster to give everyone a taste of what to expect. And so far, things look very nice indeed. After the death of their foster mother, brothers Will and Kris inherit a box that offers clues about their long lost parents. Reluctantly, Kris agrees to join Will on a search for answers. It is a phrase most commonly used by doting mothers who keep secrets from inquisitive children. Jet Leyco, who has heard the phrase as a kid curious to know the fates of his two grandfathers, takes the phrase from personal memories to encompass a nation troubled by a history of institutionalized silence. The film opens with a montage of photographs of smoke bellowing out of the land. The photographs are revealed one by one, with bits of cryptic information, such as the year presumably when the eruption happened. They do not reveal much.
